Registration & Assumption of Risk Form - This document is required to be signed before your Trip Commencement date. Please read, sign, and scan. Email the signed document as an attachment to info@greenpawadventures.com.
Travel Insurance - We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover your trip. We recommend purchasing World Nomads (note: Explorer or higher covers the climb) or CSA Travel Insurance (for US citizens).
Vaccinations - Refer to the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention. While not required, consult with a physician at least 2 months prior to departure about vaccinations and/or medications.
