While we always want to share an enjoyable experience with you in Tanzania, we understand that unexpected events can lead to cancellation. Because we are allocated for excursion preparation, we are not able to pre-allocate any funds the week before your trip. We recommend that you inform us of your cancellation as soon as possible to avoid any loss of payment.

Rescheduling Your Trip

Changes to your Trip Commencement and/or Trip End date must be submitted in writing and are not guaranteed, as they are subject to availability constraints. Changing your Trip Commencement and/or Trip End date within 7 days of your Trip Commencement date may be subject to a $75 Trip Change Fee.

Cancellation Policy

• Full refund when cancelling more than 30 days before the adventure start date (as referenced on your Green Paw itinerary)
• 50% refund when cancelling less than 30 days before the adventure start date (as referenced on your Green Paw itinerary)
• No refund when cancelling 7 days or less before the adventure start date (as referenced on your Green Paw itinerary)

If cancellation is due to illness or injury for yourself or a family member, reimbursements are possible under your travel insurance coverage. It's recommended that you obtain travel insurance as soon as you book your trip in order to receive coverage right away.

If insurance claims will not cover your cancellation, a good alternative is to reschedule your trip to a future date. As established above, please refer to the terms stated about rescheduling your trip.
